The Arizona Ecumenical Institute for Spiritual Directors is a non-profit, 501(C) (3) corporation, directed by an ecumenical board of directors. By law, none of the board of directors can take payment for their efforts on behalf of AEISD. Financial support comes from fees/tuition for classes, freewill donations, grants, fundraisers, and individual contributions.
